At Hoelscher's, our customer service doesn't stop after the sale. If service is required in the future, you can rest assured of the same dedication to exceptional assistance. Our specially trained service technicians Glen and Logan are readily available to handle your appliance needs whether it is in or out-of-warranty. Out-of-Warranty service calls start at $149.99 and that includes diagnosis of the issue and mileage. We also carry a large selection of appliance parts to choose from for all your repair and replacement needs. For us to find that right part you are looking for, we do ask that you provide for us the model number of your appliance. If you are having trouble locating the model number of your appliance, we can gladly assist you in finding it. We also provide furniture servicing as well! Whether it’s a broken mechanism or bad lift motor we got you covered! Just like an appliance, we do require the model and the serial number of the furniture in order to order the parts needed for repair.
NOTE: Hoelscher’s Fine Furniture, Appliances, & Electronics only services Appliances and Furniture purchased at Hoelscher’s. We will gladly give you recommendations on people who can service your appliance in the area if it wasn’t purchased from us.

Delivery & Installation
From on-the-floor expertise to custom delivery and installation, we have your back. Your furniture, mattress, appliance or electronics purchase is given the best on every step of the journey to your home and is installed properly so that you can have a worry-free experience. Delivery and installation for furniture and appliances is available for customers within 100 miles of either store location. Outside the 100-mile range would require management approval. Radio Shack branded items are available to ship anywhere in the United States.
Haul Away
Getting rid of your old appliance, mattress set, or sofa set is our specialty. We will haul away your old product from your home when a replacement product is delivered by our delivery team. Then we will make sure it is properly and safely recycled or disposed of. Fees do apply for all furniture items disposed of at Hoelscher’s; appliance haul away is free with purchase of a new appliance.
Extended Warranty
You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Our extended service plans provides protection you can trust and a solution you can depend on after the manufacturer's warranty runs out on your appliance or electronics purchase.
